Welcome to LTF3.org Student, Teacher and Exemplary Practice or Partnering (STEPP) Awards The Local Task Force on the Right to Education (LTF3) is proud to sponsor the Scott E. Folmer Memorial STEPP Awards which recognize the outstanding support of children receiving special education services. Submission Deadline: Monday March 15, 2010. Winners will be notified by the review panel the week of April 1, 2010. There is no entry fee. An awards dinner will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at Carlynton Junior Seinor High School. If you have any questions about the awards please email STEPP@ltf3.org If you have technical problems with the website please email webmaster@ltf3.org

Our MissionThe Local Task Force serves as a resource for children with all disabilities and their families in the 42 school districts in Allegheny County.
